The Board Machine

The Board Machine is a multi vat machine producing unlined chipboard (solid board) from 100% re-cycled waste paper. The machine produces over 50,000 tonnes of board per annum. A large percentage of this production is converted on site into cardboard tubes, cores, edge protection and sheets. The remainder is supplied into a wide and enormously varied range of industries including food and beverage, box making, case divisions, tube winding, building supplies, furniture, cable reels, printing and many more.

Specification parameters for our board machines are listed below but we endeavour at all times to gear our cardboard products to our customer’s requirements and as such we urge you to contact any member of our experienced sales team to discuss your needs in greater detail.

Whilst the cardboard product we make is Unlined Chipboard it is also often referred to as Solid Board, Chip Board and Grey Board. We can offer a Brown or Kraft coloured dyed product and a limited range of further coloured board is available. We also manufacture a “Sized” product offering a degree of moisture hold out, but please contact us to discuss your requirements in greater detail.
